Andrew Manke, DPT
Andrew is originally a native to Colorado Springs, but at age nine moved to a small town south of Pittsburgh, PA. He later attended Waynesburg University, a Christian school in Southwest PA, where he majored in Biology with a focus in Physical Therapy. There he played for two years on the school’s Division III football team, but was more interested in other extracurricular activities, such as creating the university’s first fitness club. Following his undergraduate work, he attended West Virginia University (Let’s Go…Mountaineers!) where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Andrew did a short stent of travel/contract work in the rural Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia where he furthered his appreciation of the Appalachian region. However, he felt a calling to come back to his home town to not only be closer to family, but to explore new opportunities and of course, return to the Rocky Mountains.
Since beginning here at Total Function PT he has really enjoyed working in the hands-on manual orthopedic realm as well as working with those affected by neck/shoulder and headache pain following motor vehicle accidents. Andrew enjoys being physically active and is really looking forward to becoming more involved in hiking, camping, fishing, and all the activities that Colorado has to offer.
