Peter de Jong has been a practicing physical therapist since 1992. He is originally from The Netherlands. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1992 from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Peter holds certifications in Manual Physical Therapy 1996 Institute of Physical Therapy, Saint Augustine, Fla and a Certified Functional Manual Therapy certification, 2000 Institute of Physical Art, Steamboat Springs, CO.
In 2002, Peter founded Total Function Physical Therapy, PC. He specializes in hands-on manual physical therapy and is comfortable treating short-term and long-term cases of all types. He is a self described generalist as far as what form of physical therapy is his favorite, he loves it all.
Peter has also served as an expert witness in several legal cases.
Peter has 3 sons and enjoys spending time with them. He also enjoys outdoor activities including biking, hiking, snowshoeing and skiing.
