I have a goal of walking comfortably for a mile, for an hour, and eventually for as long as I like.  When I came to Total Function, I had a block and a half range.  My PT helped me to understand the method and mechanisms for getting to my goal.  The hands-on work helped me move more freely.  After 4.5 weeks, I can walk half a mile comfortably, I sleep without having to take pain killers, and I am climbing stairs easily.  The strengthening exercises I have learned are easily adapted to my daily home routine.  I am stronger, and will continue to grow stronger with the help of my PT.
